A few weeks back I went to a shop to purchase few things from a mechanical shop related to my bicycle, there I have come across a small puppy opposite to me on the road. I quickly connected to him as this kid is physically challenged. He is having only three legs and is also hardly able to walk due to malnutrition. I couldn’t do much but gave some food and enquired nearby people about the care of this puppy. Luckily people around are dog friendly, but still felt it is not safe for the puppy without proper care by someone. I informed people over there to take care of him.
In the meantime, I started working on interacting with an NGO “BREATHE” shelter about this puppy. They agreed to bring and leave in their shelter for his further treatment. After 2 weeks with no further delay, I picked the puppy from the street and took it to the shelter which is 30kms away from my place. They do good care of physically challenged and other injured animals.
